MG ITALY CZECH DIVISION s.r.o. was established in 1997 with the majority stake being held by the Italian company MG Lavorazione Materie Plastiche S.p.A.

MG Lavorazione Materie Plastiche S.p.A. was born in 1972 and today is one of the European market leaders in film manufacturing. The company has consolidated experience and offers its support to customers in differend industrial branches, such as food, paper, textile, pharmaceutical industries or agriculture.
The company invest in research projects. VALVEFILM®, FREEFILM® and WIEPAPER® are some of the films developed in the inner laboratories.

The subsidiary MG ITALY CZECH DIVISION s.r.o. has its registered office in Červený Kostelec in the district of Náchod. The production facility is located in Červený Kostelec, in the industrial park of Stolín. This is where the production of single and multi-layer blown polyethylene films, cast polypropylene films, stretch films, bags and sacks. Here the company also stocksits trading packaging material.

MG ITALY CZECH DIVISION s.r.o. offers to its customers some advisory services regarding packaging technologies and establishes contacts directly to Czech or foreign manufacturers of packaging materials. We provide full service in the supply, including delivery of goods to the customer. The manufactured films can be suitable for using in the food industry. The company has obtained the quality certification to ČSN EN ISO 9001: 2001 standard.

 In cooperation with the parent company, MG ITALY CZECH DIVISION s.r.o. keeps developing new materials and modifing the existing ones to the customers' requirements. Our greatest skill is to promptly react to customer´s demands, not only in the development and production phase but also in prompt and flexible deliveries. We can offer ideal solutions for specific packaging problems, thanks to many years of experience.
